tHawk is a cloud based attendance and leave management app that allows your employees to check in and check out from mobile devices. It captures the Location & Time of employee at the time of check in and check out.

On the basis of hours spent on day it automatically determines the half day or full working day for an employee

With “Leave Management” it’s easy for your employees to apply for leaves from their mobile devices. Manager can also approve leaves from mobile. You can also set the yearly limit for paid leaves.

You can also define Holidays and set Saturday/Sunday work off and at the end of a month it automatically calculate the paid days for the month considering Holidays, Saturdays , Sundays , Attendance and Paid Leaves approved. So at the end of month you can generate monthly reports for payroll.

Bạn cũng có thể xác định ngày lễ và thiết lập thứ Bảy / Chủ Nhật làm việc bên ngoài và ở phần cuối của một tháng nó tự động tính toán những ngày trả của tháng xem xét Holidays, thứ Bảy, Chủ Nhật, tham dự và Leaves Paid phê duyệt.
